We proudly ship all U.S. orders from our warehouse within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at support@bocabella.com with your order number
2. We’ll send return instructions and a prepaid label (if applicable)
3. Once received, we’ll issue your refund back to the original form of payment

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not accept returns after 60 days from delivery.
